September 21, 2012, The VFW Post 1756 in Lincoln is excited to announce Total Fitness by Janell. Zumba classes will be every Tuesday evening at 6:00 p.m. instructed by Bethany Rea. Bethany is a licensed Zumba instructor. These classes will be at the Freedom Hall Event Center(FHEC), formerly named the VFW building located at 915 5th St.

Everyone is welcome and highly encouraged to come and enjoy a new style of exercize that has swept our nation. This fun dance fitness program is available to you for $4.00 ($3.00 for active students & Veterans) per class. The even better news is that discounts and packages are available for purchase because there are classes on other nights. In addition to Tuesdays at the FHEC, Zumba classes are held in Emden on Mondays & Thursdays at 6 p.m. at the Community Center, as well as Lincoln Christian University on Wednesdays at 6 p.m. and Saturdays at 8 a.m.

The Ladies Auxiliary will be having a Chicken & Noodles dinner on September 27 from 4 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. The cost is $7.00 and the dinner comes with mashed potatoes & gravy, vegetable, roll and dessert. Carry Outs are available if you call and place orders to 217 737 9590.
