June 18, 2012, Slideshow By Mike Fak, area scouts began their annual downtown scout sweep with a flag ceremony at Latham Park on Saturday. The scouts then walked Latham Park, downtown, and finished up at Scully Park.Their efforts were just in time to make Latham Park looking good for the first LAMS concert of the summer.
